RESPONSABILITATI

-support operations of online advertising product related queries across multiple channels - chat , email and phone
- campaign optimization and pitching features for existing and new customers via outbound contact to selected portfolio of customers
- managing account activation and optimization, campaign, budget, troubleshooting and keyswords queries from customers
- managing compaints, fraud and account hijacking queries
- processing of billing and payment
- providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering
- proactive contact ( new accounts)

Succes in this position requires exceptional consultative sales and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping other achieve results.


CERINTE

- bachelor or master degree
- customer services experience - min.6 months - ideally within online related services
- written and spoken fluency in business English and German
- focus on assisting clients by driving the right product adopting for the right client - previous B2B experience would be an asset
- professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
- resolve customer issues in a timelu manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and identified areas where clients can improve how they use clients's solutions
- self-driven with attention to detail and follow-throgh
- ability to multi-task and work under presure
- excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listeing skills
- comfortable within a rapidly-chanfing environment
- strong problem-solving skills
- flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving client needs to heko grow their business on advertising platform
- ability to understand current clients' processes and guidelines
- ability to provide constructive feedback to overall product, processes, and policies to improve process
