Plans, supervises and coordinates repair and maintenance operation of the workshop. Supervises employees performing equipment and tool repair and maintenance. Supervises the workshop personnel in setting workflow priorities and methods, sets time frames for work completion and evaluates work performed by repair and maintenance technicians. Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards. Handles special projects, as assigned. Will work also on the field
Advanced knowledge of workshop procedures, product line equipment and work instructions for repair and maintenance. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
