RESPONSABILITATI

Planning and forecasting duties:
- Preparation of the Budget according to the Group and BU planning assumptions & in-time delivery according to the Group planning schedule
- Compilation of monthly/quarterly reports according to the Group standards; Analysis and interpretation of management-relevant information;
- Deviation analysis of financial results
- Development, administration and continuous improvement of the controlling reporting systems & tools & databases (in close cooperation with Corporate Controlling Department)
- Preparation of BU-specific requests of the board, supervisory board, management, corporate controlling department
- Support the Year End Audit and contribute to the Annual Report of the company
- Support Finance and Accounting of the company – relevant accounting issues

Industry knowledge:
- Benchmarking -draft reports, position papers, memos, assessments on the EP competitors
- Share any industry knowledge concerning the company or the relevant market(s)
- Answer any ad-hoc questions concerning the company or the relevant market(s)
- Keep continuously updated on the market configuration
- Capitalize all relevant information in internal documents to keep the top management posted

Organizational duties:
- Assigning people to perform specific tasks/duties
- Setting internal deadlines for all duties coordinated and delegated by the job holder
- Establish & Maintain Controlling Reporting Processes
- Making proposals on the efficient management of the human resources available in the operating area controlling

Coordination duties:
- Coordinating all staff assigned to carry out the projects defined by the Director of Business Administration
- Coordinate Controlling Activities with subordinated Controllers
- Debriefing staff
- Providing feedback to the assigned staff
- Interface to finance, accounting and corporate controlling of the company
- Assist SAP implementation for the area of responsibility

Reporting duties:
- Reporting on any ongoing activities/status/project within the Operational Controlling Department

People development:
- Assessing the performance of the assigned staff


CERINTE

Job requirements:
- Educational requirements: University Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Work experience: minimum of 3-5 years of Controlling experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Languages: English
- Computer literate
