RESPONSABILITATI

Role:
To be in charge with the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Responsabilities:
- Maintains relations with clients during the entire process, from the inquiry until after sales support and ensures the product quality and delivery time are respected.
- Sets and communicates to the customers quotations for different equipment according to company’s commercial policy.
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and constantly monitors the progress and timelines compliance
- Monitors sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions to the company’s management
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately


CERINTE

University degree – in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Automation, Electrotechnics.
Qualification in project management or equivalent constitutes an advantage.

Advanced business English knowledge
Advanced PC Skills – Microsoft Office package.
Knowledge practical aspects of project management, techniques and tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management.
Planning, organizing and leading skills.
