RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities
• Participates in activities of supplier’s selection and negotiations.
• Achieves quantity discounts and simultaneously increase quality as indicated by Procurement manager.
• Conducts the preparation of tendering documents.
• Periodically conducts market research and cost analysis (benchmarking).
• Coordinates major purchasing projects.
• Develops and keeps purchasing tools updated.
• Reports on any ongoing activities/status/project to the Procurement Manager.
• Processes the purchase orders ensuring that technical specifications are met.
• Ensures that supplier’s delivery deadlines are met and ensures the goods delivery towards the internal clients.
• Administers the data input and processing regarding the purchase orders, invoices.
• Processes the offers from suppliers.
• Keeps suppliers database updated.
• Ensures the quality of delivered goods identifying possible non-conformities.
• Ensures full compliance of purchasing activities with legislation, internal regulations, policies and strategies.

Requirements
Experience and knowledge
• University Degree - Graduate of Technical or Economical;
• Work experience in the energy, extractive industry of 5 + years;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, ongoing maintenance and optimal utilization of specific data basis;
• Knowledge of industry products, equipment and their functioning & utilization;
• Commercial, technical, marketing financial knowledge;
• Very good knowledge in using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project application for data organisation, evaluation and analysis development.
• The candidate must have residence in Ploiesti.

The following criteria are mandatory for selection:
• Work experience in the energy, extractive industry of 5 + years preferably in a large company, international or multinational environment;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, ongoing projects and optimal utilization of specific data basis
• Knowledge of industry products, equipment and their functioning & utilization;
• Excellent verbal and written English skills - absolutely essential;
• The candidate must have residence in Ploiesti.
