* Ensures supply acitivities;
* Examines estimates of material, equipment, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy;
* Contributes in setting up safety inventory levels, implements reliable receiving of inventory information and initiates orders to restore safety levels (if applicable);
* Reviews specifications, prepares bids and tenders, sends progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required, to higher hierarchical levels.
*Equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or university + related experience and/or training;
*Excellent oral and written communication skills;
*Good command of English in Speaking, Reading and Writing;
*Ms Office: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point;
*Advanced Internet skills (ability to search relevant information).
