Provides guidance on issues affecting PET blowing - light weighting and optimization
Provides guidance to the plants for achieving quality requirements of secondary packaging - to all plant managers
Establish budgets and manages financial performance for the injection area
Ensures operational staff in the injection area is suitably capable and act appropriately for their assigned work areas
Builds a motivated team in the injection area to deliver a high standard of performance
Our client is an important multinational company from FMCG production area. The requirements for PET and Packaging Manager position are:
- Engineering degree
- Experience and knowledgeable about PET injection and Blowing
- Experienced in all areas of secondary packaging optimization
- Knowledge about food industry
- Intellectual curiosity
- Open minded
-Willingness to experiment, to take risks and to allow learning from mistakes
