Management Trainee Programme is built around six key building blocks combining practical learning from different sources: induction, functional development, project management, business awareness, cross departmental assignments & performance appraisal.
We Challenge You is a 2-year development programme that forms the first, crucial step on a structured, long term career path. Performance appraisal is done every six months/at the end of each assignment and only individuals who consistently perform to high standards can complete the programme. After successful graduation of the programme, Management Trainees are offered their first managerial job depending on their competences and the business needs.
The two years programme will enable the successful candidates to perform key management roles in several Production departments, on a rotational basis in areas such as Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics.
- Recent University graduates (technical background);
- Creates team spirit & brings energy and direction to team activities;
- Welcomes challenges & has initiative;
- Previous work experience in a production environment would be an advantage;
- Displays leadership capabilities;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Potential to achieve rapid career progression within BAT.
