- Experience in FMCG and HORECA - Minimum 5 years 
- Experience in a position of leadership - more than 5 years 
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage 
- Knowledge in budget management 
- Orientation toward business performance; 
- Dynamic personality with initiative 
- Excellent negotiation skills, organization and planning; 
- Communication skills, team spirit; 
- Fluency in English 
- PC skills: MS Office, 
- Driving license B - minimum 1 year experience
