-Homologation / prepare various studies and reports regarding supplied materials;
-Homologation of welding / melting processes;
-Realize incident investigation of materials either internal or external ( customers’ / suppliers’ );
-Issue technical reports upon realized corrosion test :
-CASS test (copper accelerated acetic acid-salt spray ( fog ) testing)
-NSS (operating salt spray ( fog ) testing)
-Issue technical reports for the materials / products that might ask in-depth information coming from various sources;
-Issue reports related to pollution / contamination studies and tests performed;
-Issue reports related to prototype studies and test performed;
-Collaborate with other departments related with different quality tasks and studies;
-Comply with HSE policy and the HSE Management System requirements within their area of responsibility;
- To know the potential significant HSE aspects, high risk activities and impacts of them on the environment;
-The interest towards continuous learning and apprehending, along with availability for know-how transfer and training with mother company abroad, would represent key-elements for this position.
Adecco Permanent Placement for its client, a leading manufacturer of hydraulics, is looking for a Laboratory Technician in Ploiesti.
Candidate profile:
-Students in the final year, fresh graduate of a mechanical faculty;
-Theoretical knowledge of different corrosion tests, analysis of materials, heat treating, pollution / contamination control and all related with metallurgical area;
-NO practical experience is necessary but it would be an advantage;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Analytical and synthetically mindset, being a highly organized individual with a methodical approach towards;
-Promote mutual respect, keep workplace clean / safe and participate to all programs related to the job;
-To be able to cope at repetitive task;
-English: medium level.
