RESPONSABILITATI

Support in recruiting highly specialized international personnel within Oil&Gas area (for our customers from Norway and Scandinavian countries);
Administer CV data base of the company;
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues;
Advertise vacancies and promote the company on key jobsites/social media sites;
Handle incoming correspondence and reply in a courteous manner;
Check references for our candidates by e-mail or/ and phone;
Assist with special project work as needed;
Consistently help the team to perform HR related tasks;

Previous IT help desk support experience is considered an advantage;
Norwegian language skills would be a big plus;
HR knowledge/experience is a plus.

- University Degree in Engineering, Automation or other technical university
- Windows, IT network, Server knowledge (data in general) at an administrative level

- Excellent troubleshooting capability
- Interest in performing HR tasks, when no IT tasks to do
