The Platinum Casino Ploiesti is looking for experienced Exclusive Chef to manage the Casino Kitchen and Buffet Department from purchasing planning to menu apeciffications.
The Exclusive Chef is also in charge with human resources management for the department and cost control.
Our new colleague needs to have 5 to 10 years experince in International, Arabian and Lebanesse Cooking and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a 4 or 5 stars Hotel or Resort.
Experince in Casino is considered a plus.
