JOB PURPOSE
•To achieve strategic outcomes and business goals, maximize profit targets, and meet the needs of the Adecco’s clients, candidates, colleagues
•To provide direction and inspiration for the team within the branch
•Create an environment which will accelerate profit growth
•Recruit retain and develop the best people to provide a superb service to customers
MAIN KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for Ploiesti branch location
• Sales & Service Activities – 70% of their time
• Team Management – 15% of their time
• Finance and Management Control – 10% of their time
• Analysing and Planning – 5% of their time
• Oversee all areas of the business
• Promote and maintain customer relations with new and current clients
• Responsible for P&L (profit and lost reports)
• Monitoring of competitions activities
• Represent Adecco at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events;
promote new and existing programs and initiatives
• Hiring, training and developing staff
• Focusing the staff on building productive candidate and client relationships, to enhance the success and profitability of the branch that they lead. This will also vary depending on the size of their staff, the more staff they have the more time they will spend hiring, training and developing
