We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant for one of our clients located in Ploiesti, a multinational company.
- Data input into the ERP system and various programs;
- Collection of data needed for cost calculation;
- Cost Calculation;
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
- Forecast information;
- Day-to-day operational business of allocated customer portfolio;
- Annual business review (volumes, profitability, preparation of negotiations);
- Identify, contact and contract new business opportunities (market research over the Internet / media etc.);
- Reporting to Sales Manager.
- Experience on a similar Assistant position (preferably within the Sales Department);
- University graduate;
- Excellent English level is a must;
- German knowledge is considered an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel);
- Dynamic and flexible person, team player, result oriented, interested in learning and developing;
- With analytical, creative and communication skills;
- Technical CAD background is a plus;
- Residence in Ploiesti.
