Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant procedures.
Train and coach production line employees
Conduct employee performance reviews
Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
Coordinate with Plant Manager for appropriate staffing levels
Responsible to meet shift production, quality and logistic goals
Complete shift paper work.
School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
At least five years of manufacturing and supervisor experience
Manual dexterity and maintenance experience required for operating machinery
Ability to solve problems by methodically, independently and diligently work
Willingness to travel in Italy for Training
Full Time 3 - 4 Shift
Italian language is preferred
