• Optimize resources to be compliance with our quality procedures;
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational company producing drive motors for washing machines and dryers, drain pumps and fan motor, for a Quality Manager in Pitesti
Candidate profile:
• Previous experience in the Quality department;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or Economic Studies;
• Good knowledge of quality standards and procedures (ISO 9000);
• Previous experience in conducting audits;
• Proven experience in implementing Quality Management Systems APQP/PPAP/, SPC, 8D, FMEA, Vision 2000;
• Knowledge about Industrial engineering, BlackBelt, Six Sigma principles and other continuous improvement techniques;
• Plastic materials experience is a strong plus;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Strong leadership, coaching skills;
• Problem solving skills;
• Fluent in English.
