- Plan and prepare regular and special sampling plans and follow up on their implementation;
- Analyze consumer complaints and quality issues related to product and materials and provide solutions to improve manufacturing processes;
- Initiate and follow up the necessary actions to ensure reliability of the analysis performed by the laboratory and continuously monitor the results;
- Maintain good communication with the appropriate functions in order to facilitate efficient problem solving;
- Prepare and implement QA procedures and provide QA training programs for interested parties.
- University degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in an industrial environment;
- Experience in Quality Assurance area is a plus;
- Understanding and practical use of statistics tools;
- Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and customer service orientation;
- Demonstrated achievement orientation and creative thinking;
- High concern for order and quality;
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office.
