- Prepare, maintain and update the local specifications and Bill of Materials for cut filler, blends, filters, cigarettes and packaging;
- Providing local specifications for production employees according to production plan;
- Analyze all changes proposed by PMI/Cluster in terms of feasibility with local equipment and provide feed-back;
- Cooperate with other departments for implementation of new materials, minimizing stock of obsolete materials and search for alternative solutions;
- Implement all changes related to product specification or launches of new products and promotional products.
- University degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in an industrial environment;
- Experience in Quality Assurance area is a plus;
- Understanding and practical use of statistics tools;
- Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and customer service orientation;
- Demonstrated achievement orientation and creative thinking;
- High concern for order and quality;
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office.
