- Provide detailed analysis after testing new products or improvement of existing products;
- Prepare and send samples of finish good products for analysis;
- Deploy special packaging activities (prepare working instructions, ensure proper specifications of materials, administer the financial flow);
- Optimize new or promotional products implementation;
- Lead and ensure close follow-up for each new project in cooperation with other peers;
- Keep contact with all destination markets for new products implementation.
- University degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in an industrial environment;
- Project Management skills;
- Experience in Quality Assurance area is a plus;
- Understanding and practical use of statistics tools;
- Decision making, courage and an aptitude for risk taking;
- Feel comfortable working in a team;
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and customer service orientation;
- Demonstrated achievement orientation and creative thinking;
- High concern for order and quality;
- Good knowledge of English and MS Office.
