- Coordinate the warehouse shift activity, to maintain a continuous material flow;
- Co-ordinate material receiving and location transfer;
- Analyze the request forms, and organize the appropriate material deliveries;
- Ensure that all materials are available on time in appropriate quantity and quality, in order to fulfill production requirements;
- Ensure all documents are properly updated, filled and stored and check the accuracy of transactions;
- Provide constant reports concerning shift activity and performance;
- Ensure the supply chain continuity, in co-operation with Purchasing, Logistic and Sales departments.
- High school degree (University degree is an advantage);
- Min 2 years experience in warehousing area;
- Experience in team leading and coordination;
- Achievement Orientation;
- Teamwork & Cooperation;
- Customer Service Orientation;
- Good command of English;
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
