For our location in Oradea we are searching for a team leader for our outbound sales project in the telecommunications industry. As a team leader you will be responsible for the operational results of your team of agents. Do you like coaching people and develop a team ? Than this is the right position for you.

Your task as a team leader:

Daily coaching of all your agents, motivating the team and improve the KPI performance. During the month you will be responsible to achieve you targets on all KPI’s (operational and financial). When you see a decline in the results you will come up with a plan to improve and work together with your team on the improvement.

• KPI management
• Quality of the work performed by the agents.
• Having a bilateral with all your agents on monthly basis and document that.
• Having the start, midterm and end of year evaluations with your team.
• Guard the operational results
• Coordinate and implement changes in the structure or way of work when Vodafone changes something in the way they work
• Knowledge about the contact center business and Vodafone
