• Is responsible for analyzing the company’s business performance and processes, in all aspects: financial, operational / efficiency wise;
• Analyses key performance indicators evolution and their inter-correlations, assess and monitor their impact on company’s profitability;
• Analyses profitability and budget variation by product/project categories;
• Mines through various data available to identify trends and make forecasts, performs factor analyses;
• Design new indicators adequate for business monitoring and efficient decision making;
• Deeply understands and suggest improvements for business processes and information flow within the company;
• Prepares business analyses reports, scenario analyses, able to analyze and correlate comprehensive range of reports, materials, presentations received from various departments;
• Communicate orally and in writing complex issues, conclusions, and decisions.
• Setting targets for turnover and profit, and making other planning specific to the domain of sales; these in turn are translated into specific objectives for each type of products and services.
• Analyzing market potential and target-setting agreements with potential customers.
1. Minimum qualifications include: a Bachelor's degree in Economics, MBA would be an advantage;
2. Related work experience plus at least 1-2 years of progressively responsible work experience;
3. Candidates must possess superior analytical skills, good knowledge of finance, statistics;
4. Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports;
5. Result oriented, good task management;
6. Demonstrate initiative and pro-activity, problem solving;
7. Ability to gather data and compile information, analyze & prepare reports;
8. Fluent in English and German;
9. Advanced Computer Skills: advanced Excel knowledge, PowerPoint.
