Your job Responsibilities:
Interface with the factory technical staff and with corporate engineering to define opportunities for standards
and cost savings;
Lead assessments of new components for implementation into the manufacturing processes;
Lead Cost Reduction Projects on specific processes;
Lead Process Controls development and implementation at the site;
Lead Process Development at the site to support customer specific needs;
Support Site Capabilities Roadmap development and implementation;
Support New Technology Development / Implementation;
Support New Customer/Product Introductions;
Support Tool Manufacturingl Design through implementation of corporate standards;
Support qualification of new packaging technologies for first and second level assembly.
Qualifications:
' Technical University Graduation is mandatory.
Skills:
' Fluent English (both writing and speaking) is a must.
' Experience on a similar position in an electronic manufacturingenvironment is an advantage.
' Personal motivation, accountability, passion for doinga good job.
