Recrutam pentru o importanta companie din domeniul mecanic situata in Oradea Inginer Programator CNC şi CMM.
Responsabilităţi:
· realizarea de programe CNC de prelucrare (2D şi 3D) pe maşini unelte echipate cu CNC (strunguri şi centre de prelucrare) şi calculul timpilor de prelucrare;
· proiectarea şi realizarea programelor CNC pentru electrozi de eroziune;
· testarea şi optimizarea programelor CNC de prelucrare;
· realizarea de programe CMM pentru masini de masurat 3D;
· proiectarea modelelor 3D pentru piese forjate si a modelelor 3D pentru matriţe de forjat;
· calculul proprietăţilor de masă pentru piese forjate (greutate, volum, centru de greutate);
· analiza unghiurilor de extragere a piesei din matriţă (diagrama în culori a unghiurilor de extragere) şi propuneri de modificare a lor, dacă este cazul;
· asigurarea instruirii inginerilor mecanici proiectanţi din societate, privind utilizarea diferitelor programe de calculator (software) pentru proiectare şi programare a maşinilor unelte.
· studii superioare tehnice (Mecanica, sau T.C.M);
· o buna cunoastere a programelor CNC si CMM
· experienţă profesională minim 5 ani;
· abilităţi de comunicare şi relaţionare;
· salariu motivant;
· tichete de masă;
· primă de concediu;
· decontare 50% abonament transport intern si 75% abonament transport zone limitrofe;
· bonus lunar de 7% din salariul de bază;
