RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Give overall administration support for the start up in Oradea for the company;
- Support the local team and the foreign support team with all administration issue (taxi, hotel arrangements, organize meetings, get contact with local organizations/authorities);
- Keep the contact with external administration suppliers – stationary, IT, furniture, payroll company, accounting company, bank, labour office;
-Keep the contact and continuously update the CEE GM and HR about ongoing daily issues on the site;
- Support the start-up activity of the company by conducting various administrative tasks;
- Act as a receptionist and host visitors;
- Receive e-mail/correspondence/faxes and forward to relevant people;
- Prepare official memos, letters and other documents;
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports;
- Collect invoices and keeps the regular contact with the book keeping company;
- Involvement in the “orientation” of the new hire colleagues;
- Support Campus GM and new colleagues for administrative issues;
- Build and maintain the relationship with service suppliers (telecommunications, banks, medical clinics, advertising companies, accounting company, payroll company, taxi, hotel etc.);
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for company visitors and employees;
- Manage protocol and office supplies needed during meetings and visits;
- Organize and prepare events inside and outside the campus;
- Draw-up and update periodical reports and presentations;
- Translate documents from Romanian to English;
- Represent the company in external official meetings.

- University degree;
- 3 - 4 years experience in a similar position;
- Economic background and knowledge of basic accounting are important;
- Previous experience in a multinational company is a major plus;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Knowledge of another language is a plus;
- Very good PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mailers;
- Customer orientation and communication skills;
- Openness to work in a multicultural environment;
- Very good organizing skills;
- Open and enthusiastic style;
- Has high performance motivation – able to work with limited supervision;
- Driving licence-B category.
