Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Control Room Operator to join our team located in Oradea. The Control Room Operator sits at the heart of this business and is fundamental to the smooth running of the operation.
Key responsibilities:
• Monitoring our Time & Attendance system
• Assigning last minute cover shifts
• Dealing with emergencies and ensuring the correct protocol is taken in dealing with these issues
• Co-ordinate communication between staff
• Deal appropriately with incidents and accidents and ensuring all incidents are reported in the correct manner
• Provide a professional 24/7/365 communication centre for the Activas Group
The ideal candidate must possess -
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent literacy skills with a high standard of report writing
• Strong communication skills and must be comfortable using various communication methods
• The ability to work well in a team and who has a can do attitude
• A professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high pressured environment
• Flexibility -as the position may require working mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends
• A positive approach to managing people and incidents
