RESPONSABILITATI

- Management of the telemarketing operators
- Ensure service profitability
- Maintenance and monitoring of customer satisfaction levels
- Ensure production of the management reports necessary to achieve and to demonstrate achievement of the objectives and customer satisfaction targets
- Act as a point of liaison and communication with the in-country service teams and the international customers
- Liaise with the International Services Development Team in order to develop and improve the service.
- Any other duties as assigned by your line manager.


CERINTE

- Experience in managing a team of agents of at least 1 year;
- Written and spoken fluency in German;
- Fluency in English or Italian will be a distinct advantage;
- Ability to interact with the client;
- Capability to train and motivate the agents, tune the script, monitor performance;
- Autonomous and optimist person;
- Experience in a multi-language call center is a plus.
