- Able to take initiative - not waiting to be always pushed towards common tasks;
- Good customer service skills - understanding clients' needs and expectations beyond their descriptions and providing best possible solutions for their problems;
- Computer skills: Win XP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet usage, Acrobat Reader;
- High school degree holder;
- English literate (verbal and written).
