Should
- be single point contact with the one/different Romanian Authorities on Environment protection.
- be responsible for preparing the total EPC program, implementation, management, control, mitigation, liaising with Romanian Authorities, documentation & manifests etc.
Should
have experience – 15 / 20 years (collective) in the Environmental Protection & Control department of Steel Plants / heavy industrial plants.
– Degree in Engineering (Preference - Additional Environmental Protection Course / Certificate)
- be well aware of the EU & Romanian laws on Environmental Protection from all kinds of solid, liquid & gaseous waste generation.
- be conversant with the management of hazardous waste (chemicals, oils, lubricants etc.) / non-hazardous waste/ municipal waste/ sanitary waste water/ construction debris/ industrial waste water & the proper disposal of the same according to EU & Romanian laws.
- have the Knowledge of Carbon footprint, Kyoto Protocol etc. (will be an added advantage)
- be able to communicate effectively in English.
