Successful applicants for these Senior Java Developer positions must have:
Experience with Java (3 years).
In depth understanding of Computer Science or other programming related degree.
Experience with Databases such as: PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Hbase, and Solr (Full-text search index)
Framework knowledge in Hadoop, Yarn, and Spark.
JAVA and GC Tuning.
Ability to provide Technical support, insight, and leadership to the rest of the team.
Experience with Agile Methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Knowledge in either Git, Maven, Jenkins.
Unit testing experience Mockito, Junit.
It would also be beneficial but not essential for the successful Senior Java Developer to have:
Knowledge of / Experience with front-end development.
