You provide daily care to older adults with dementia or somatic care needs and work based on the individual care plan. In daily interactions, you support residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, eating, moving, and other recurring care moments, with a focus on independence and well-being. You perform nursing procedures within your authority and identify changes in the physical or mental condition of residents. On the ward, you contribute to calm, safety, and order, and take responsibility for the flow of care throughout the day. You work independently, coordinate with colleagues, and maintain contact with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure care is well coordinated and continuity is guaranteed.

You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, at least at level 2F/B1, You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed), You enjoy working with elderly and you show this in your work, You are permitted to work in the Netherlands, You are willing to work various shifts according to the schedule (short, long, and occasional night shifts), You hold an MBO-3 diploma as a verzorgende, an equivalent qualification, or a CIBG certificate, Relevant work experience and up-to-date practical knowledge is a plus.
The salary at De Zorggroep ranges from 2573,47 to 3471,46 (based on 36 hours, CAO VVT FWG 35). 8 percent holiday allowance and 8.3 percent end-of-year bonus. Employment conditions in accordance with the CAO. Allowances for working irregular hours. Travel expense reimbursement in accordance with the CAO.
