The duration of the shift is 3 months on and 1 months off.
They are sailing with the vsl when they work so it is accommodation onboard and food. The location is all over the world.
Working hours is 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. The day they are travelling we are counting 8 hours.
Some off our projects has day and night shifts. But very seldom on vsl’s. That is only if the vsl is in a are where it is very hot so they have to work at night instead.
The salary level for a FO are devided into two levels. Level 2 less than 5 contracts. Then the salary is 7,67USD, for Level 1 more than 5 contracts it is 8,08 USD.
For crew it is the same levels. Less than 5 contracts it is 5,18 USD, 6,08 USD.
Need to be good in English. He needs to have to possibility to communicate and understand other people. FO has a higher level than crew. Crew need to understand messages that they get and communicate with the other crew onboard.
Hammelmann certificate and scaffolding certificate would be good but are not mandatory.
International offshore:
BOSIET or OLF certificate
UKOOA or Norwegian Offshore Health certificate

The shift is 1 month on and 1 month off
Accommodation is onboard the rig and they will get food there.
The salary level is 8,13 USD for crew, 9,49 USD for FO(Foremans).
FO needs to have the following additional:
Hammelmann certificate
Scaffolding not necessary but would be preferable.
Experienta in sablare/vopsitorie navala.
Engleza - nivel primar.
