Requirements:
1. minimum of 4-5 years in the profession of mechanic, preferably at least 1 year at authorised service, if there is no experience with the ASO, and has a minimum of 2-3 years abroad
2. minimum of good knowledge of English or Norwegian
3. nice personality
4. big motivation to go on a permanent basis, a minimum of 2 years
5. vocational/secondary school in the profession of mechanic/car painter/tinsmith
6. mechanic / panel beater / painter can not have a resume of professional experience other than the automotive industry
7. certificates / passports of formal qualifications - a candidate must send us scans, preferably in English / Norwegian. The documents should be attached with a short description in English if they are not in English or Norwegian.
8. The CV should have no gaps longer than 2-3 months, any gap should be clarified with the candidate.
9. If the candidate frequently change jobs - it can not be accepted - check out why, what happened (we need to know the reasons).
10. Summary
WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE SUMMARY:

2. whether it is an all-round all-round mechanic or mechanic and diagnostic (or if it is painter / tinsmiths - do they do passenger cars or trucks)
3. diagnostics - which programs and in what language
4. car brands, which has the most experience in (authorised service) + of which is certified (including painters and tinsmiths)
5. special achievements
6. experience abroad - how many years, where
7. reason for the change of work, motivation to go to Norway
8. availability in weeks (notice period)
9. whether they have a driving license and own car, by which they will go to Norway

Job offer:

NORWAY
 Authorized workshop jobs (and sometimes multi-brand) in the southern and western Norway
 The contract of 15 months, with possibility of extension, generally looking for people who want to go on longer
 Accommodation at the expense of the employee, employer organizes where you live; after arriving in Norway room waiting for the employee (cost about 4500-5000 NOK / month per room, individual housing is more expensive)
 Food – on your own
 Gross earnings 165 NOK / h-for the first trial month, followed by 170 NOK / hour.
 Net earnings - Depends on the tax rate and depending on the number of hours of around 14 000 - 18 000 NOK
 Possible overtime
 Dependent child (1000 NOK for 1 child)
 Tax incentives (tax relief is granted to each of the first two years, about 10% but this is only the return of the annual bill, can possibly take advantage of other options and contact a company that does it)
 Working time work 37.5 hours / week, for good workers the possibility of overtime in the workshop (breaks are not paid)
 Recruitment: pre-selection based on CV, candidate for the presentation to Norwegians, decision or request for additional info / documents, often Norwgians talk to the candidate
 if everything OK – our client issues offer letter for the candidate and send it to LSJ, we send you offer letter and e-mail to the candidate, we need back asap a set of signed documents – then we organise a trip (if candidate needs help)
 If the candidate is good but there is no opening for this profession currently, we will look for a job for him (from 2 weeks to several months it takes); the client can wait for a super candidate for a few months
 before leaving we have details of the accommodation
 it is worth being in contact with candidate all the time and check if he knows everything , etc.
