Establish and maintain the project's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in SAP. Coordinate the Work Breakdown Structure and Object Breakdown Structure with the other Project Services disciplines.
Assist in development of the cost control strategy for the Overall Project and specific Project Teams.
Control and enter contractors' and vendors' invoices into SAP, and prepare for payment.
Prepare input to the annual budget process.
Assist PSM in preparing relevant Project Services presentations to Management and Stakeholders.
Evaluate and control cost impact of any Changes or Trends to the Project.
Prepare details for Monthly Budget & Cost Status meetings with Project Management.
