- Team Recruitment – training, briefing and supervision
- EPOS Network Management –supervising maintenance of 15,000 EPOS Terminals
- Administration – record of Terminal maintenance program
- Organisation – shift planning and logistics management
- Reporting – on-going Liaison with IT-Operations Management Operations and Finance-Manager
- Will be educated to degree level, have a background in: IT Operations, ideally EPOS Network Management, with at least three to four years' man-management experience;
- Will be an IT Hardware Expert with proven operational management skills;
- Will be an independent thinker, a quick learner, motivator, and have good problem-solving skills;
- Will have proven experience in team recruitment, training / briefing and supervision;
- Very good communication in English (French is a plus).
