• Analyzes the causes of the problems that affect the production process and participates at the decision making process regarding their solving
• Analyzes together with the other departments the overview of the nonconformities discovered after the audit
• Carries out the manufacturing process inspection and is responsible for it
• Solves quality-related issues in the manufacturing process, takes part in the resolving of non-conformities together with other departments
• Carries out and is responsible for product audits
• Cooperates in analyses of complaints and warranties
• Coordinates a team of four persons: the quality auditors team (3 persons) and 1 Technician responsible for the scraps
• Identifies the training needs of the subordinates and is involved, together with the human resources department on their evaluation
• University Degree in Technical field (preferably)
• English and / or French language skills – conversational
• PC operating skills
• Experience in automotive industry – is a plus
• Experience in personnel coordination (small team)
• Hands on attitude
• Problem solving skills
