• Organizes the production activity for the project that he is responsible for on his shift
• Responsible for reaching the productivity and quality targets realized his shift
• Responsible for monitoring the reached target in the system and follows up the production status on each production line
• Registers the production figures in the production reports and takes the necessary measures in order to ensure productivity, in case that the productivity target is not reached
• Realizes meetings at the beginning of the shift with the production team leaders for planning the production on each line that he is responsible for
• Responsible for the personnel administration on his shift
• University Degree in Technical field
• English and / or German language skills – medium level
• PC operating skills – medium level
• Experience in production field – minimum 1 year
• Experience in personnel coordination
• Experience in automotive industry – is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Hands on attitude
• Motivational skills
• Problem solving skills
