• Management of Paint Production.
• Full operational responsibility for the department
• Full budget responsibility for the department.
• Implement and develop key measurable to identify and drive business improvements within the department.
• Lead the development and implementation of significant improvements in department wide processes, procedures and systems.
• Develop a continuous improvement philosophy with goals and timelines.
• Responsible for the launch of new products and change management within the department.
• Implement standard operating procedures across all areas of responsibility.
• Ensure staff are adequately trained and qualified.
• Maintain and develop the delivery of finished products in line with cost, quality and production schedule requirements.
• Health and safety awareness will be amongst your main priorities, and health and safety guidelines should be actively promoted.
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• University Degree in Technical field (preferably)
• English and / or French language skills – conversational
• PC operating skills – medium level
• Experience with the dyeing process
• Experience in injection molding would be a plus (at least basic understanding of the process)
• Experience in personnel coordination
• Experience in automotive industry – is a plus
• Hands on attitude
• Problem solving skills
• 3 months specialization in Tunisia
