RESPONSABILITATI

-Develops programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment, and analyses manpower, turnover and other personnel statistics.

Supervises plant employment and placement operations

-Participates in training programs and orientation sessions for new employees

-Represents Company in labour-management relations, mainly those of a day-to-day character. This includes participation in grievance procedure and union negotiations

-To develop, implement and manage all aspects of the human resources functions, which include, but are not limited to: labour relations, salary administration, employment and recruitment, benefits administration, communications, safety, training, etc. in line with the standard policies of the company and in line with the Romanian labour rules and regulations

-Actively participate in the strategic application and integration of all human resources programs and policies and procedures into the management practices of the region and ensures consistent application to the individual team members

-Consulting – participate in management staff meetings. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of a department, organization, or division relating to employee matters. Participate in developing departmental/divisional goals and objectives; work directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters; assist management in the annual review, preparation, and administration of performance appraisals and merit programs; communicate regularly with employees and management about department issues, policies and procedures, and other employee matters

-Employee Relations – consult, advise and recommend appropriate resolutions to employees, supervisors, and managers on work related conflicts/employee relations issues

-Employee Counselling – conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation and suggest action plans where needed. Monitor employee career paths

-Training – Train management and employees on various HR initiatives and programs such as interviewing, coaching, performance management, technical and safety. Where appropriate plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Identify training and development needs based on department and business objectives. Coordinate delivery of training programs with other departments

-Supervise the Human Resources/Administration team

-Coordinate wages and salary policies for production personnel

-Develop and direct administration of company or divisional wage and salary administration and employee performance appraisal programs

-To ensure all Health & Safety practices and principles are adhered to and followed and makes recommendations to improve and raise the awareness of Health & Safety as and when appropriate.

-Conduct research into personnel programs and activities, and recommend changes or innovations where desirable


CERINTE

-Up to 5 years of human resources experience in a multinationalmanufacturing environment

-University Degree in HR field + Master HR and H&S

-Proven knowledge of Romanian labour law

-Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills is necessary

-Fluent in English (verbal and written), Romanian, and another European language is preferred
