Our client is a leading main contractor specialising in maintenance, construction and refurbishment. Due to a large order book, they are now recruiting for a Services Manager to take control of a reactive maintenance project in excess of 30M. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client facing and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for total branch performance, finance, KPI's, H+S and staff management.
Salary is ¿¿40k + package (per year)
