It is essential that you have a proven track record in the delivery of large scale new build housing developments, preferably within the decent homes sector. This is a senior role with a company that continues to win work in these difficult times. Successful candidates can expect a very competitive package that incorporates a basic salary of between 45K and 60K depending on experience.
