A project manager is required to integrate a number of business areas and will be leading a review of the impact of the Integration and Strategy decisions. The team will be expected to produce a comparable set of analysis around Roles, Spans of Control and Location impacts. The Project Manager will structure, plan, manage, monitor and drive the work and direct the analysts to complete the analysis.
