People/Practice Manager required for contract in Bristol. Ideally from a CPID background your experience will include performance management including reviews, objective setting, appraisals, discipline, grievance, absence etc. You will have a strong background of delivery in relationship management, people performance and development. Any experience within a financial services environment is highly desirable for this role.
