A fantastic opportunity as Pay and Reward Manager for a successful department store. This role focuses on developing, maintaining and implementing the Pay and Reward policies and processes, ensuring that they support and reinforce the company strategy. You will be responsible for managing a team and providing expert support to the line managers and employees, interpreting policy and processes. They are looking for someone with retail experience whom is hands on and used to a fast paced retail environment.
Salary is ¿¿38.000 - ¿¿40.000 per annum + benefits (per year)
