A creative role as National L&D Manager for a successful fashion high street retailer. This is a mainly strategic role for a strong character that is eager to progress and learn, 5 years or more in a fashion based Generalist HR or L&D background is essential. You will be responsible for the formulation, communication and delivery of the retail L&D strategy for the brand, reporting to the head of HR and managing a regional L&D team. This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable candidate.
Salary is ¿¿55.000 - ¿¿60.000 per annum + benefits (per year)
