The Role: Our client, a large banking group, is currently looking to recruit an experienced delivery focused Implementation Manager for its Fraud Division. The individual with need to demonstrate experience of implementing business process changes and training exercises, as a project manager. The Implementation Manager will produce an integrated, release-based, implementation plan. Responsibilities will include implementing the governance over the implementation checkpoints (eg Go/No-Go decisions) as well as looking at implementation acceptance criteria.
