My Client, a large PCT in the South Central are urgently seeking an interim HR Manager to co-ordinate and manage the recruitment of dentists and dentists. Candidates with an background in recruiting medical staff within the NHS is essential. eg. dentists, opticians, GPs etc and a good organisational approach and excellent communication skills are key. Experience sitting on an interview panel and full cycle recruitment experience is also essential as well as the ability to form and maintain good relationships with local health practices.
