- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing.
- Checks file folders and file cards for necessary information prior to filing in the records system.
hospitality experience, good level in English, diploma/certificate which prove your position, 2 references from previous employment, good communication skills, sales professional, computer knowledge of all basic programs, typewriter, creativity, involvement, maintain a positive attitude under presure, police clearance certificate.
