Our client is looking for a experienced Highway Engineer to drive the delivery of multiple highway improvement schemes for the Highways Agency. The main purpose of your role will be to manage the delivery of improvement schemes in the Highways Agency Area 3, for the current year and through the development of a sustainable Forward Programme.
