Group Finance Manager - Essex Group Finance Manager. My London based public sector client is urgently seeking a Group Finance Manager working within the Housing and Benefits Team. Any candidates interested in this post MUST have HRA experience (CV's without this experience will not be considered). Any Housing General Fund Services experience as well would be useful.
